Returns & Exchanges

At Animate USA Online Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
